These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of text messaging services provided by ToolsageAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from ToolsageAI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
The ToolsageAI SMS program delivers two-way text message communications related to real estate lead generation, home search, appointment scheduling, and related services. Messages include:
- New property listing alerts matched to your search criteria
- Appointment reminders and confirmations for property showings
- Follow-up questions from our AI assistant to help qualify your needs
- Responses to inquiries you initiated
- Occasional promotional offers and market updates
- Customer care and support communications
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to the ToolsageAI SMS program by:
- Completing our web intake form and checking the SMS consent checkbox
- Submitting your phone number through a ToolsageAI landing page with the consent disclosure
- Texting START or YES to our published long code number
- Completing registration through an agent-referred enrollment link
Opt-in is always affirmative and requires you to take an action. We do not use pre-checked boxes or implied consent.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. On average, active users receive 2 to 6 messages per week. High-interest users in active home search may receive more; passive subscribers may receive fewer.

After we receive your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you any additional marketing text messages. You may also opt out by emailing support@toolsageai.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and your phone number in the body. If you opt out and later wish to resume receiving messages, you may reply START or re-submit the opt-in form.

7. Supported Carriers
The ToolsageAI SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, Virgin Mobile, and most regional wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside the control of ToolsageAI.
8. Eligibility
The ToolsageAI SMS program is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, located in the United States, the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and not prohibited by law from receiving commercial text messages. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Phone numbers and other information you provide in connection with the SMS program are governed by our Privacy Policy. ToolsageAI will never sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, service, or product from ToolsageAI or any ToolsageAI partner. You may decline SMS messaging and still use our other services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The ToolsageAI SMS program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ToolsageAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the SMS program. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered on time, in any specific order, or without interruption or error.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsageAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the SMS program.
13. Changes to These Terms
ToolsageAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS at least 30 days before taking effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ToolsageAI is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
